Pastor Joe holds an M.Div from Fuller and a D.Min from CPCU and GFU. Additionally, he's an ordained minister with the Free Methodist Church (FMSC).

Pastor Fredy Caballero serves as the Assistant Pastor at 180 City Church. He holds credentials with the Free Methodist Church of Southern California (FMCSC), is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary, and serves as a hospice chaplain— bringing comfort, guidance, and spiritual care to those in need.

His wife, Tere Caballero, serves faithfully as the Church Administrator and staff member of 180 City Church. With a heart for people and excellence in ministry, she supports church operations and helps create a welcoming environment for the congregation. Together, they are devoted to serving God and their church family with love and integrity.

Stephanie Castillo serves as the Worship Leader at 180 City Church. As the pastor's daughter, she carries a deep passion for ministry and creative excellence. Stephanie oversees all areas of worship, media, and technology combining her heart for God with her creative gifts to lead the congregation into meaningful worship experiences. Her leadership and vision help shape the church's sound, visuals, and media presence with purpose and authenticity.

Andrew Woods serves as the Tech, Sound, and Media Lead at 180 City Church. He oversees all aspects of audio, visual, and media production bringing creativity and excellence to every service. With a passion for worship and technology, Andrew helps create an atmosphere where people can connect with God through quality sound, visuals, and media that enhance the church's message and mission.

Phil Swanson serves as a Lay Pastor with 180 City Church, where he faithfully supports the pastoral team and congregation through teaching, discipleship, and spiritual care. He also serves as a Chaplain with Wind Life Ministries, extending compassion and Christ-centered encouragement to those in need. Phil's heart for service and ministry reflects his deep commitment to sharing the love and hope of Jesus both within the church and in the community.
