LEAD PASTORS JOE & LILY CASTILLO
As lead pastors and founders of 180 City Church, Joe and Lily also maintain active partnerships with WEC International and World Team in Equatorial Guinea and Cameroon. Their ministry extends beyond the church through community service and chaplaincy, including Joe's role as an LAPD Chaplain.
Deeply committed to fostering inclusive and multicultural church environments, they work to build communities that reflect the diversity of God's people. Pastor Joe holds an M.Div from Fuller and a D.Min from CPCU and GFU. Additionally, he's an ordained minister with the Free Methodist Church (FMSC).

FREDY & TERE CABALLERO
Pastor Fredy Caballero serves as the Assistant Pastor at 180 City Church. He holds ministerial credentials with the Free Methodist Church of Southern California (FMCSC), earned his degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, and serves as a hospice chaplain, offering comfort, guidance, and spiritual care to individuals and families during times of need.
Tere Caballero, serves faithfully as the Church Administrator and dedicated staff member of 180 City Church. With a genuine love for people and excellence in ministry, she helps oversee church operations and create a warm, welcoming environment. Together, they serve their church family with love and integrity.

STEPHANIE CASTILLO
Stephanie Castillo serves as the Worship Leader at 180 City Church, where she leads with passion, creativity, and a heart devoted to God. As the pastor’s daughter, she carries a deep love for ministry and a lifelong commitment to serving the church. Stephanie oversees all areas of worship, media, and technology, blending her musical talent and creative direction to guide the congregation into authentic encounters with God.
Her leadership helps shape the church’s worship experience, sound, visuals, and media presence reflecting excellence, purpose, and genuine faith. She continues to inspire others to worship freely and pursue God wholeheartedly.

ANDREW WOODS
Andrew Woods serves as the Tech, Sound, and Media Lead at 180 City Church, where he oversees all aspects of audio, visual, and media production with excellence and creativity. Passionate about both worship and technology, Andrew plays a vital role in shaping the worship experience by ensuring every sound, visual, and media element supports the church’s mission and message.
His dedication to quality production helps create an atmosphere where people can encounter God in meaningful ways. Through his technical skill and heart for ministry, Andrew brings consistency, innovation, and purpose to every service and church event.

PHIL SWANSON
Phil Swanson serves as a Lay Pastor at 180 City Church, faithfully supporting the pastoral team and congregation through teaching, discipleship, and spiritual care. With a genuine heart for people, he helps nurture spiritual growth and strengthen community within the church. In addition to his local ministry, Phil serves as a Chaplain with Wind Life Ministries, where he offers compassion, prayer, and Christ-centered encouragement to those in need.
His dedication to serving others reflects his deep commitment to living out the gospel and sharing the love and hope of Jesus both within the church and throughout the community.

HIGOR & CAROL DOMINGUES
Higor and Carol Domingues serve as the Global Mission Directors at One-Eighty City Church, leading with a deep passion for sharing the Gospel and advancing God’s kingdom worldwide. They oversee and coordinate mission initiatives that extend the love of Christ across nations, supporting missionaries and developing international partnerships that strengthen global ministry efforts.
Their leadership encourages the church family to actively participate in God’s mission through prayer, service, and generosity. Dedicated to seeing lives transformed, Higor and Carol work to create lasting impact helping communities around the world encounter the hope, grace, and transforming power of Jesus Christ.

ANGEL & CLAUDIA ARAQUE
Angel and Claudia Araque serve as the Directors of The Hub Resource Center at One-Eighty City Church, leading with compassion and a strong commitment to community outreach. With a shared passion for serving others, they oversee programs that offer spiritual, emotional, and practical support to individuals and families in need.
Their leadership helps create a welcoming and Christ-centered environment where people can experience hope, encouragement, and connection. Through their dedication and teamwork, Angel and Claudia embody the mission of The Hub strengthening faith, building community, and making a lasting impact through acts of service and God’s love in action.
